Resolved Question: Art exam inspiration/help?? ?

I have an art exam with the title of "trace" I need some help/inspiration on what to do... trace has different meanings like something you leave behind (a mark you make) I wanted to do something with graffiti like a tag but I don't know how to bring my idea to paper if you get me (I'm doing a fine art course so I can't just use block colours or just do a cartoon style painting Traces can alson mean something that has happened in the past (like past civilizations) I need it to be a painting Any ideas??...
